I gave this place a 2 because, while it had a nice atmosphere and is very clean, it does not appear food safety is a high priority. We watched an associate walk outside to a waiting car to do a delivery. He then opened the door to the restaurant walked inside, lift his hat, SCRATCHED HIS HEAD, inside the restaurant, put his hat back on and proceeded to rejoin the food prep line. I felt like I wanted to puke. Needless to say, this is our first and last stop here Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
I applied to this restaurant twice, a year apart, and was turned down both times for the most ridiculous reasons. The first time, it was because I was under 18, and the second time, they claimed their computer systems were malfunctioning and assigned me a random date and time for my interview. To top it off, the manager was incredibly rude. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.
By far the slowest and understaffed of all time! Managers definitely not doing their jobs at all. Hire someone with experience and pay better and you won’t have this problem. 1 hr in line for a sandwich and fries. Pathetic. Will not be back ever! When I order food from a place like Wendy's I shouldn't feel like Im bothering the workers, customer service is horrible. Everything was fantastic. I had stopped visiting other Wendy's locations due to long wait times, but this one was different. There were only four cars ahead of me, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The food was quite good. Rating: Food: 4/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
