Very slow service. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a mobile order and they still didn't get the order right. All 3 sandwiches were made on the wrong bread, 1 was the wrong chicken and another was missing the cheese and sauce on bottom. Very bad customerservice
The staff at the counter were friendly and accommodating, but the fries served were cold and soggy. We also ordered a double burger, but it was mistakenly served as a single. However, when we brought it to their attention, they corrected the order promptly.
The food and staff are fine. The real downside is that there are no inside locks on the restrooms. Don’t expect privacy.However, there are door codes to ensure that only customers and staff have access.

I was given a cold Biggie Bag, so make sure to check your food before leaving. The store wasn’t busy, yet it was obvious they handed me an order that had been left behind.
Food quality is not the same, fries were cold, burgers weren't prepared right, staff were slow, cashier was friendly but the others had attitudes.
Negative experience there.a lot people drugs, inside the place.inside the bathrooms,people take drugs, people take bad order. Everything nasty.
