I really enjoy the food at Wendy's, and I usually visit this particular location. Although I've had issues with their customer service in the past, my most recent experience was quite different. There was a young employee, probably around 16 years old, who was incredibly friendly. I took my time figuring out what to order since I didn’t remember the name of the meal I wanted, and he was very helpful throughout the process. We definitely need more people like him! Unfortunately, I can't remember his name, but I believe it started with a "C." The food was excellent as well. Wendy's should seriously consider hiring more skilled professionals like him. First time dining at this location. I knew it was going to be a mess. I was waiting for a minute to be served. Approximately 7 minutes. When given my order to the TM she was given me attitude the whole time I was ordering and wanted to rush me. Homegirl goes by the name Nicolette. Something has to be done or else someone homegirl Nicolette might run into the wrong person and get put in her place. Anyways... I definitely don 't recommend coming here. The team members of this establishment sound so immature during my stay here I kept someone screaming Christopher ...... Christopher say some chisme Ofc they messed up my order. LolRidiculous
I recently visited Wendy's for breakfast, and it was the first time I've ever waited 20 minutes. The cashier charged me for a promotion that included two hamburgers, coffee, and fries, but I ended up waiting the entire time while he tended to customers who came after me. In the end, I only received one hamburger and my coffee. When I inquired about my order, he told me that only one hamburger was included. To make matters worse, a woman who arrived after me ordered the same deal and was served immediately. This is not acceptable. Your staff needs to treat all customers fairly. I will not be returning to any Wendy's in the future.
Ok I'm not sure why the low stars, but my kid is obsessed with Wendy's. I love the boo books. I usually go there for lunch and they see me and know I'm in a hurry to make it to my kids school. They have fresh food. And the lady that I see every time I'm there, she is an older lady, reminds me of my Abuela I think she is the absolute sweetest lady ever. Anyways it's fresh. And if it's not tell them. They make it right. Or order from the app. It will save time. But they're pretty fast!

I have recently come to the conclusion that this Wendy's is the best fast food option in SCV. I'm always satisfied with the service, prices, food quality, and the speed at which my order is prepared. There’s honestly nothing negative to say about this location, except maybe that they still have pictures of the elderly woman who used to hand out mints, which feels a bit strange.
This is the best Wendy's location I've visited in the Santa Clarita Valley. The food is consistently fresh, and I haven’t experienced any problems with missing items. Ana at the drive-thru is always polite and does an excellent job. The interior looks like what you would expect from a Wendy's, but it is clean and well-lit thanks to all the windows.
I went to our local Windy's in Hope's of getting one of the new Dave's Patty Melts. But no, they don't have them. So I settled for a Baconator. That was delicious, but still disappointed they don't have what they are advertising. And they were really slow.
I had a lovely experience at the restaurant yesterday, and I owe a lot of that to the manager, who was incredibly kind to me. The staff genuinely care about their customers and deliver outstanding service.

Been going to this Wendy's for years. Never had any problems. Open late, foods good and order has always been correct. Hard to find that anywhere these days. Gotta give credit where credit is due.
