I've been down to Wendy's many of times. Since I put one in Emerson Georgia. But this last few times I've been down there it's getting worse and worse. One day I got down there I was in the Drive-Thru at 10:29 they open at 10:30. That manager actually came out the back door and told me to move out of line because the buzzer was going off inside ask her I said man you only got a few more seconds before you open up she told me just to move my car how rude can you be is bad enough they don't serve breakfast then there was another time I went down there I got me a baconator first time I ever got I didn't want one on the pretzel bread they told me they have one on regular bread so I got it and I...
I visited this Wendy's near the sports complex for the first time. I encountered some issues with the app, so I decided to go inside. The manager on duty explained that they couldn’t address issues with the app as it is managed by corporate. However, she provided excellent customer service by honoring the prices listed in the app and even offered me a complimentary small Frosty. I really appreciate her kindness and helpfulness!
While on a road trip, we stopped by this restaurant and our experience met our expectations. The food was hot and fresh, and our order was accurate. However, we did have to go inside to ask for spoons for our Frostys and the ranch dressing we ordered. I have to say, they were a bit stingy with the sauce; when we requested it, they only gave us two packets for our order of 30 nuggets.
This is a nice Wendy’s but I think they are having trouble getting people to work. I ordered a frosty fries and small chili. Everything was good except the chili it had absolutely no meat in it just a bowl of beans, onions and peppers it used to be good so next time I’ll go to Publix for my chili.

It tastes like every other Wendy's. However in Northport it's better than McDonald's or Taco Bell or anything else you can get. At least they act like they care a little bit.
The lobby closed at 4:15 PM, and my family and I were asked to leave as the lights were turned off. Additionally, the lobby was dirty and poorly maintained.
The spicy chicken sandwich was fantastic—hot and fresh. The fries were also less salty compared to another Wendy's I've been to, which I really appreciated.
Worst meal I have had a fast food! The big bag wasn’t very big and the nuggets hard . Burger taste like cardboard and the French fries to salty and cold .

Out of baked potatoes, out of chilli, out of salads….just close then. Saw numerous people after me leave the drive through for the same reason
The food was terrible, and there were no paper towels or toilet paper in the men's restroom.
