Wendy's - Reserva de mesa

I often stop by this Wendy's, and I'm always pleased with how accurately they handle my orders—something that other fast food places could take note of. The new fries are a great improvement, but the paper straws are a different matter. I understand this is a corporate decision rather than the restaurant's fault, but these straws don't hold up well with large drinks for very long. I've had two straws that were completely twisted and unusable right out of the wrapper because the glue had come undone.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My order took a long time to arrive, and the staff seemed poorly trained and disorganized. The customer service left much to be desired. I just wanted to treat my granddaughter to her favorite chicken strip combo! While the food was enjoyable, the unprofessional behavior of the staff really overshadowed the meal.

I truly appreciate that breakfast is included on the menu. While the drive-thru service was a bit slow, my order was accurate, and the food was not only visually appealing but also tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the coffee, even though I’m not fond of the cup it came in. Overall, well done, Wendy's!

It had been some time since our last visit, and we were thoroughly pleased. The wings were exceptional—crispy with just the right level of spiciness! My family has started visiting this restaurant for Saturday breakfast, and the biscuit sausage is simply delightful—just like a classic Southern biscuit. My wife loves the breakfast baconator, and she says the coffee is similar to what you’d find at Tim's. I definitely recommend this place!

The establishment was quite dirty and not well-maintained. Additionally, the drive-thru service was sluggish; we were often asked to pull into a parking spot and wait around 10 minutes for our order to be prepared.
