I will never ever go to this location again. Maybe never another Wendy's tbh. The drive thru lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. She doesn't enunciate properly, and messes up every order. Also seems to enjoy talking rather than listening. Not good customer service. Manager was INEPT. MY VISIT WAS ON 7/5/22 between 415 and 4:45. I requested 3 frostys, she only gave me two. Then told me I wasn't charged for the 3rd, and I'd have to drive around and get in line again...EXCUSE ME?!?! While some people do deserve to make a higher wage, not THIS employee. This employee needs a muzzle and to be fired. Manager was INEPT.While my food order is getting older and frostys are melting in the car they want to argue...
Unless you want deal with employee who don 't care, don 't try, and are rude, save your money or go somewhere else. Shorted a fry and a frosty. No response from management to make it right. Waiting to hear back from corporate. Their employees are disrespectful, try to lie, and are also extremely racist. wow, how can a restaurant be so bad. management rude. bad eating. I called because I just spent a lot of money there and nothing was good. even my 6 years old said he couldn't eat it. fries old, burger cold, chicken nuggets old. I called to complain not to look for a refund or more food, but to improve for a proposal. the manager left the phone while I spoke. I always said hello, and she came back. Maybe she was the manager who was also in the drive-thru because she was also rude. Here's the catch. I was the only customer in the Drive-Thru. this restaurant was always bad as I lived here for 12 years. wendy has to redesign this business completely and re-establish it.
Normally I have a really good experience but today they had some people that didn’t know what the heck they were doing at drive thru. And the first window took my money but didn’t do something to tell the second window that I had paid. And they refused to give me my food that I just paid for and we’re extremely rude about it. Claimed the guy told me at the first window the wrong amount. In that case how is that my fault you’re not competent to tell me the correct amount? I will be going back to speak with a manager but I have things to take care of . Please Stop hiring incompetent and rude children.

here is not an ounce of respect for food. I didn't expect a good culinary experience, just a little quick that would meet health requirements. they served me space-temperature fries and the chicken sandwich was hardly warmer. the mayo and tomaten slept mad. it was about 20 o'clock on Monday. the lights were from the signboard and the running gear thru menu. In view of a national recession westland wendys can be sure that I will eat somewhere else. they should be ashamed to pay substandard food customers. unacceptable. Don't go there unless you try to make a fire with her food.
would give zero stars if I could. on Sunday and Tuesday at this place. because of food allergy, both males did not ask for a mayo. what? both had orders mayo and even missed an article! not as if they were busy. there was only 1 car in front of me. I contacted the complaining dept, but of course I didn't hear anything. I want to be refunded for the $32 I spent there to throw out the food. try another location. contact to bbb for bad customer support. do not waste their time or money at this wendy’s because they will be really disappointed!
I'm a truck driver I went to this Wendy's near my home and purchased Southwest Avocado salad and some frosties and a couple double cheeseburgers and my salad had no avocado on it.... I called immediately and was advised they would replace the salad on my next trip there.... I went back almost 2 weeks later the next time I was home and they refused to replace my salad... I was ordering other food as well....
Today I ordered the $5 Biggie Bag; Double Stacked burger combo and this is what I received; a dry Double Stacked Hamburger; this is the Wendy's located on 439 South Wayne road, Westland MI 48186. I do not recommend eating here! I will not eat here again.
