Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

Wendy's is my go to for a quick meal at an inexpensive price. I often purchase one of their biggie bags for less than $6. I also use their key tag to get a mini Frosty which is perfect. The Wendy's chain changed their policy on substituting a regular size Frosty when you're ordering the biggie bag. This is a recent change and they no longer allow you to make the substitute for an upcharge. The Frosty must be ordered completely separate.

Ordered counter pickup since the drive thru was backed up. Took us actually 10 minutes to be able to pull around the backed up cars, then went in to get our order and the doors were locked. Went to wait in the drive thru. We were there for actually 30+ minutes and left without food.

08/02/2024. 3:48pm I came in after a hot day and wanted lunch. The lady at the counter said I have to put in the order. I said I have cash as I did at the time. She said there is nothing she can do.

It's getting old that you are treated like a pest trying to place an order in the restaurant and not on an app. They did get my order correct and the food was good. Reserva una mesa ahora

I put in a mobile order. My food was ready within minutes and I was greeted by a lovely smile from staff member. The food tastes and smells great. Thank you!

Lines are SO long! Only go at odd times of the day.... Never around lunch or dinner or you'll sit in the drive through until your car overheats.

We ordered on grubhub and both hamburgers had st least one raw piece of meat on it. They failed to put Chilli and cheese on our potatoes.

Menu has improved over time. Food turn around time has definitely gotten better.
