Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

The Wendy's restaurant at Chemong Road appears to have a similar standard of quality as the one on Lansdowne Street when it comes to getting orders wrong and serving food of poor quality. My girlfriend attempted to contact the store but only reached voicemail. Now we have to go back out and spend more money on food because what we were served is not even worth eating. We will be avoiding both Wendy's locations in the future. I strongly advise against visiting the Chemong or Lansdowne locations.

Orders are only correct once out of every ten visits. Management has no idea how to issue refunds and tells you to call corporate. With six active staff members and literally zero customers in the store or drive thru, this team took 17 minutes to fill an order for two hamburgers. When you do get the food, it's cold, and it's not what you ordered. Corporate would have fired my whole team if we ran our restaurant this way.

Absolutely disgusting! Upon arrival, I went to use the washroom and there was urine everywhere on the seats and floor making it unusable. While ordering we noticed food all over the kitchen area floor. Every single table was dirty and we had to clean one ourselves even though there was only 1 other couple inside at the time. I will never go back here. It's way too dirty everywhere.

Well the order and pickup lines are apprently seperate but kind of pooly marked. I at first went to the wrong spot. I put my order in then stood in the pickup line every single person opened thier bag to see what was missing no mistakes that I noticed but it does make you wonder how often their is.

My hamburger was COLD but I hate to complain ? fries were hot..Our server was great and the cook didn't complain when I asked for Xtra onion on burger.too bad it was really cold
