It truly is heartbreaking! Never again will this goat ranch get another dollar of my money! Fool me once........ Top 5 layout, bottom 2 in condition. Though I will say most of the greens had plenty of grass, but stimping at about a 4. Rakes on the carts and none on the course and guess what? No one rakes the bunkers. An absolute waist of both your time and resources. Sad part is I wish I could buy the place and clean it up.

The fairways seemed to have embraced a sandy lifestyle rather than a grassy one, the bunkers appeared to be in a rock-and-roll phase with debris and weeds as their entourage, the tee boxes were all about that solid dirt chic, and the greens were as smooth as a red carpet. Quite the unexpected transformation for a course that once flaunted its top-notch shape!

Charged 50 to play the greens were terrible bare spots everywhere fairways were worse Stay Away not worth 2 dollars to play I've played 40 year by far the worst condition I've ever played I said something at the turn to the guy at cash register said back nine was better He Lied terrible condition

This course is in horrible condition and seemingly has been for about a year. I have no idea how they charge what they do. It's been progressively going downhill since it was sold at the end of 2020.
