West Ivy - Reserva de mesa

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience from last night. The behavior of one of your managers was atrocious. The way she was yelling at her staff in front of customers was very uncomfortable. We are regulars and spend a decent amount of money at the restaurant every other week. It is shocking that someone would act like that in this day and age. Unfortunately, we will not be returning after this incident.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I was here tonight for my 40th birthday meal. it was amazing, I never had a meal in any restaurant as good as that. the employees were all so helpful that they could not do enough for my partner and myself. I will definitely return and have already recommended Western efeu for family and friends.

This place is great if you want to have a meal with family and friends. The customer service is great and the staff are very polite. This place has very fast service too. The food was phenomenal, fresh and great quality. Very affordable too, Will definitely be coming here again.

The food and service were both quick, but my main dish was a bit bland and the onion rings were slightly undercooked. The dish needed more seasoning, but there was none provided on the table. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly. Reserva una mesa ahora

nice that I came. small restaurant, but cozy. I have ordered the chicken reissalat. super delicious. partner got the veg katsu, best veg katsu um. comes back when in the opposite.

Had the afternoon tea of sweet/savoury .. which was delicious,only downside the tables for 2 people are very small.. we struggled to fit everything on!

Had a fabulous meal and our waiter ginger Alex with the nails was lovely. Lots of vegetarian options and fab desserts.
