Whataburger - Reserva de mesa

I placed an online order for pickup through the drive-thru, but no one answered when I arrived, so I had to go inside to get my order. I had ordered it 15 minutes in advance to ensure it would be ready since I was in a hurry, but I still had to wait. The employee was rude and unhelpful, even when I finally got inside to collect my order. I'll definitely choose a closer location next time.

A decir verdad no muy buena experiencia, l@s cajer@s, por lo regular cajeras del drive thru siempre se equivocan con el cambio, o no saben contar o quieren robar a los clientes, y el problema que ni recibo dan cuando planean hacer eso, y a veces la comida sale con cabello.

Ridiculous wait time, seriously. I placed an order online and had my husband pickup and they took over 25 minutes. I even called and the employee was just incompetent. Nobody should have to wait that long! Do better!
