Very slow drive through. Have the managers, supervisors, district managers go through your drive through at a couple of Whataburger drive throughs.Then, have the same managers go through the drive through at the chicken store that will never open on Sunday. See how they do it, and go back to your Whataburger store and copy what the chicken store is doing at their drive through. You'll sell a lot more Whataburgers!

Was in Spur #2 the drivethru, 3 ppl got service in Spur #1 and no one has ever spoken to order with us. Came inside to order and waited 7 to 9 minutes until Aomeone came to take our order. I guess the shift manager or shift manager was openly rude to another employee where everyone could be here. Whataburger is really on the hill...

I pulled up to the speaker and placed my order, pulled forward but couldn’t quite get to pay window due to the three cars in front of me. So I waited. And waited. For 10 minutes without moving so I just pulled away so I could get to work on time. Why don’t they pull cars up anymore?? All I wanted was a breakfast bowl before work ?

I had breakfast bowl there it is really good, sausages-Patty Hash Browns over a cookie with scrambled eggs and cream Gravy excellent price at $5.00 mice food: 5/5

My wife went through. The order was good except for the burger she ordered(#1 Combo). The rolls where you can play hockey!
