The staff at the drive-thru was incredibly nice and professional, ensuring that my food was handled with care. When I got home, everything was still hot, and my burger was perfectly assembled—not messy at all. The place was very clean, and the food was extremely fresh. The drive-thru attendant even mentioned they were waiting for fresh meat, and it really made a difference—it tasted delicious! This location is just five minutes from my workplace. I placed an order at 6:27 AM for pickup at the drive-thru, and the receipt indicated that my order would be ready by 6:32. I arrived at the drive-thru at 6:30, but there were two cars ahead of me, and I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. When I finally received my order, it didn't taste fresh; it felt like it had been sitting in the window for a while. The food was only warm, not hot. I also ordered strawberries, but there were none in my bag. I usually enjoy this Whataburger location, but their customer service has been lacking lately. I plan to contact the manager after work because I was not satisfied with my experience today.

This restaurant has a beautiful location conveniently situated right in front of Michael's Home Goods at the Target in Cinco Ranch. We have been visiting this place for 15 years, and while we haven't had many significant or unforgettable experiences, there is one standout aspect: they are definitely the fastest service in the area, and that can be validated! The staff is always friendly and smiling, demonstrating their kindness and helpfulness, especially on Saturdays. For us, Whataburger is the go-to choice, and you can't beat their honey butter chicken biscuits!

I ordered online for curbside pickup to save time, it turned out I had to wait 20 minutes for my order which also was missing ketchup and the drink was also wrong. And it was not the first time it happened to me at this location. Will not come back tothis place, I would rather drive farther to get better service at different location in the area. I made an error with my order today—totally my fault, as I ended up at the wrong location for my online order. However, the restaurant went ahead and prepared my order without charging me. They really saved me a lot of time, and I sincerely appreciated it. I didn't expect that at all. Thank you!

I visited this location while I was in town for an appointment, as I'm from College Station. The young lady who assisted us was incredibly sweet and made the experience wonderful for my children and me. Yesica C., you are amazing—keep up the fantastic work!
