Worst experience at a whataburger to date. Full staff but completely disorganized. I was in drive thru and took almost 20 minutes to get my order with only 4 cars ahead of me. The staff at the window tried to give me wrong order and kept asking me my name for the order but was never asked it. Not a big deal but as far as adding to the confusion, she kept going from English to Spanish and my Spanish is par with an 3 year old so only added to my frustration trying to make sense of why I was stuck in line. If I didn't pay for the order by the time I got to window, I would have left. Food was OK but I think the anger I bottled up tainted my taste buds. Will be a considerable time before I go bac...
We want Whataburger and it was a major disappointment we were in the drive thru for over 40 minutes waiting for all the cars to move to get our orders. By the time we got home everything was so cold and the chicken sandwich it was hard the fríes were the worst. Nobody knew what was going on they just didn’t care worse Customer Service We are never going back to that restaurant
Specs/ Feldmans was fully stocked ready to go!! Jerry Ramirez was very helpful in finding this bottle of Old Forester King Ranch for me. I will return to get a few baskets for our White Elephant gift exchange at the office.
The food was good, but there was an issue with my order. The staff seemed to accuse me of something, and then they forgot part of my order. I had to ask them to remedy it.
