UPDATED MARCH 26, 2022: This is becoming quite absurd. This location is almost never open. I mentioned three weeks ago that I’ve been struggling for a year to find it open. Their hours are incredibly inconsistent, and the closing time is actually handwritten on the front door with a marker. They aren't even open for four hours a day! The sandwiches here are quite impressive. There's a lot of room for customization, which is a plus. While it's pricier than places like Subway, the quality justifies the cost, making it a solid option. The shakes are also enjoyable. However, the rewards program doesn't seem to offer much value. Additionally, the staff could use some improvement in their service.
I placed an online order and went to the restaurant, only to find it closed. Both Google and the restaurant's website indicated that it was open. I was disappointed because what I had ordered sounded really delicious. On the bright side, customer service processed my refund quickly.
I placed a mobile order and shortly after I was contacted by the store to notify me that they were missing one of the ingredients for one of the sandwiches. Because of their prompt attention, the substituted sandwich was there when I arrived along with a free cookie!

I give this store a 3 star the food amazing I loved my sandwich but the workers there act like they barely want to work then they forget some things to my order , food wise it's good customer service could be better way better

A little caveat I only come here for the lettuce wiches--- they're great and help cut the carbs! They have tons of options to put in your wrap too.
