I am only giving this restaurant five stars to ensure that someone actually reads this review. This place definitely does not deserve five stars. I placed an order through Uber Eats and my ticket was incomplete. It seems like they were running out of items. How is that even possible? The restaurant should have informed their supplier that the order could not be fulfilled so that they could contact me and let me know. I was not given the option to cancel the order for a refund or choose something else. I only received part of the items I ordered, missing dipping sauce, straw, and napkins. I placed a mobile order at the restaurant located in East Tremont/Westchester Square to save time while working on a delivery contract. When I arrived, the female manager started screaming at the worker and then at me because he started preparing my order after I had shown it on the app. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful, not honoring the mobile order. I tried to explain that it was accepted in the app, but she ignored me. This unprofessional behavior and lack of proper management was disappointing and unacceptable.
