Now I'm not going to hold it against them cause I know it may have been busy since it was like a lunch rush time of day and the staff could have been a little flustered. However when a customer tells you that you rang up something incorrectly and you tryto argue that that's what you ordered then we have an issue. Now regardless of that, even though they gave us the wrong thingthe food was made pretty quick and was prepared properly. I can only disagree on the customer service and that's about it. Workers seemed to not know what they were doing. Tried ordering 1921 burgers and they had no lettuce or tomatoes... tried ordering shake, and stated they didn't have shake... when continuing with order, young lady came across intercom and said wellwhen you figure out what you want just let me know...???? I was in the middle of an order... so we left the line with no food...WILL NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Very clean environment. Lovely, Lively and Quick customer service. Employees are absolutely wonderful to all of us customers, and they seem to really enjoy what they do. Happy place, Perfectly cooked and delicious hot yummy filling food. Worth the visit most definitely recommend this specific location, Id rate 100 stars but only goes up to 5, you won't regret it!

I ordered through DoorDash and unfortunately, my order was incorrect. It took four phone calls before someone finally answered, and they had an attitude about the mistake in my order. Instead of apologizing, the response I received was to contact DoorDash and request another delivery driver. The lack of customer service and attitude displayed was disappointing.
Always has a super long line. Short staffed. Very rude service and ghetto over the intercom. I came in from out of town because I'm from St. Louis but live out of state and wanted white castle but was given over cooked fish and cold sliders. Fries wherecold and stiff. I do not recommend. Also watch a man get robbed in the next parking lot over.
The frozen burgers do not do this place justice! Coming here and having them made fresh would be your best bet because the bread is so soft and fresh. It's so delicious directly from the restaurant! 10/10, I would come again! I got the cheese sliders and they were so good.
Service was pretty good and they were swift. I been here on other occasions and sometimes they all out of White Castle and had horrible severe but it's gotten better. Kind of a popular location considering it sits of highway 70 and Jennings Station Rd.

First time ever at a white castle got cheeseburger sliders and bacon ranch chicken sliders. They were good, but nothing special to write home about. Now I can say I've been.
We didn't have to waiti long for our order I believe that comes from well paid stuff. It's fast food and it's supposed to be as expected fast service.
