It was cool for what it was. We arrived in town late in the evening and got nostalgic for White Castle. There are none where we live anymore. The staff was friendly, our order was fast and accurate and the food was fresh and hot. My husband decided at thelast minute he wanted to add something on to the order and they had absolutely no problem doing so at the window. One of thethings I most appreciate is they thanked us for our business and were pleasant throughout the experience. We enjoyed our "fix "for White Castle and they didn 't disappoint in service, quality of the food and the nostalgia of it all. Thank you for a greatexperience!
We visited the White Castle on Valentine's Day and had a wonderful experience. The doors were locked, allowing only guests with reservations to enter (but don't worry, the takeout was still available). Our server provided excellent service and was very attentive. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The tables and dining area were beautifully decorated for the holiday. Both food lovers and diners should definitely add this to their bucket list!
I've lived in St. Louis for 26 years, and this restaurant is filled with memories for me. It was my first stop after returning from a 2-week vacation in Florida. I ordered a #2 with just plain bottom buns, cheese fries (or I swapped the fries for fish nibblers), a medium orange Hi-C, and a 6-piece chicken ring. The cheese sticks are also quite delicious. My recent visit was quick, and the staff was friendly. I was thrilled to be back home!
I ordered food on August 15th at around 1 AM. After nearly an hour of waiting, we finally received our order. Although we mentioned to the staff that all of our food couldn’t possibly fit into one bag, she insisted otherwise. Naturally, when we got home, we discovered that two double cheeseburgers with bacon were missing! It’s really disappointing to have orders messed up at 2 AM; that’s just unacceptable service.

on Valentine's Day we went to white castle and had a really nice time. the doors where closed so that only people with reservations could in (do not worry that the trip thru was still open.) our waiter gave us great service and was very attentive. the food was delicious and perfectly cooked. the tables and the dining room were decorated for vacation. Readers and foods should put this on their bucket list!
This was my first experience at White Castle, and I thought I knew what to expect since I've tried their sliders from Walmart. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was and how friendly the staff were. We even received a complimentary dessert because our food took about 15 minutes to arrive. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in St. Louis.
I walked in at 7:15 to find about four people in line. For some reason, one of the employees locked all the doors to catch up on orders, and despite people knocking, they never opened them. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food, and it was terrible. This could be the worst fast food experience I've ever had, and I've tried my fair share.
We ordered 400 sliders, and the team really delivered! We were thrilled to meet the staff and visit this location with our group, where we received exceptional service.

Never been. Was warned to go through the drive through but went in anyway. Food was as expected, small but satisfying. Next time I’ll definitely do the drive through.
just wonderful. it was the best culinary experience I had for years. the personal was incredible.
