While the food was good, as it usually is, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Every table was dirty, and we had to use a napkin just to wipe ours down. When I asked for extra napkins since we had already used the two provided for cleaning, I approached a staff member at the counter who seemed to be in a supervising role. Unfortunately, my request was completely ignored. I waited a few minutes, but it appeared that the staff were more attentive to drive-thru customers than to those of us who had already paid. I wish I could give them zero stars! The customer service was shockingly rude and completely inadequate. My DoorDash driver waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, only to find out that their computer system had crashed. When I contacted support, I was told that the store confirmed the order and that everything on their end was working properly. Support then instructed me to ask the staff to double-check the order. The staff members were unfriendly and refused to engage with us. I continued to communicate with support, and they suggested that I place the order myself and prove that payment would be made. To top it off, the window was slammed shut in my face.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was lacking, the food was not appealing at all, and everything took forever. The cashier spoke so quietly that I could barely hear him, and he was chatting with another employee, who was using inappropriate language as if they were at home. The food was soggy and unappetizing, almost like it had been soaked in dirty mop water. Even though there were only three cars ahead of me, I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my order. I strongly advise avoiding this place unless you're looking for an unpleasant experience.
The computer system was down today, resulting in extremely slow service. Honestly, it would have been quicker to drive to the grocery store, buy some burgers, and cook them at home than to eat here. I would guess I waited about half an hour, and considering a 15-minute round trip to get White Castle, that totals around 45 minutes for one burger. Additionally, they struggled to remember that I had only ordered one combo and that I hadn’t received the drink I ordered.

In all my 32 years, I've never experienced an order quite like this from any other place! It was the most delicious meal I've ever had. When we asked for "no onions," they truly understood that to mean no onions whatsoever—there wasn't a single onion in sight! The food was exceptionally fresh, and the wait time was minimal. I really appreciate how they accommodated my request to move my reservation from 10 PM to 11 PM. Thank you!
At 71 years old, White Castle has always held a special place in my heart. After finishing a karaoke performance at a nearby bar, I decided to stop by the White Castle just down the road around midnight. I was pleasantly surprised to find a short line, which allowed me to place my order without delay. Everything was prepared just as I requested, and the food was fantastic.
I was really let down during my first visit. I was hoping for a tasty experience, but what I got was a bland cheese and pickle slider. I also tried the chocolate shake, and it didn't impress me either. I doubt I'll be returning to White Castle. The only good thing was that the food was hot and fresh, which I did appreciate.
I waited for 45 minutes, and it seemed like the manager prioritized making money over assisting customers. I understand that staffing can be difficult, but everyone should pitch in to serve the guests. One staff member was preoccupied with his phone, and overall, there was a noticeable lack of urgency from the team.

This was the best White Castle meal I've had in ten years. It was exceptionally fresh and tasty. A huge thank you to the team who worked on June 30, 2022, at 9:30 for providing such a perfect experience!
