White Castle Berwyn

It was White Castle Food so that’s that on the food. The service was lacking they put us around the corner from the main area by the bathroom and the side door. It was 20 degrees last night. Every time someone came in or left we got blasted with cold air. We also had to get up and walk around the corner because once we where served they forgot about us. The restaurant was half empty the whole time we where there so no idea why we got stuck in this out of way corner. This was a cute idea for Valentine’s Day but I am not sure I would repeat it.

Admittedly it was freezing cold and snowy however..... parked, server made us move could see no reason to move over 2 spaces. Order shorted by 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 sloppy joe, Called twice no response. I asked IN ADVANCE should we order ahead of time, no response so we didn't. Life would have been way easier if we had. I was very disappointed that I went out in single digit temperatures to be disappointed on Valentines Day. Other places want my money.

The food at this restaurant was disappointing - the buns were dry and the fries were cold. We make it a tradition to come here every Valentine's Day, but we hope for a better experience next year.

Service was great. Menu was appropiat. Since it was Ash Wednesday as well as Valentine's Day. We had fish slyders that were delicious. We hope to do this again next year. Thank you Frank and Ruth. Reserva una mesa ahora

Our experience at White Castle was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our night truly memorable. We will definitely be returning next year!

We got sat next to the table with 4 kids. The parent did not take the time to apologise to her on how rude and loud their kids were. Plus out order came back wrong.

For White Castle not having car hop service on a regular basis they pulled it off well. Menus were great and service was also great.

he waited for 45 minutes for 5 burgers. terrible customer service. never again back to this disappointment of an establishment

It is just a fun experience to go there on Valentine's Day.
