Admittedly it was freezing cold and snowy however..... parked, server made us move could see no reason to move over 2 spaces. Order shorted by 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 sloppy joe, Called twice no response. I asked IN ADVANCE should we order ahead of time, no response so we didn't. Life would have been way easier if we had. I was very disappointed that I went out in single digit temperatures to be disappointed on Valentines Day. Other places want my money.

The food at this restaurant was disappointing - the buns were dry and the fries were cold. We make it a tradition to come here every Valentine's Day, but we hope for a better experience next year.

Our experience at White Castle was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making our night truly memorable. We will definitely be returning next year!
We got sat next to the table with 4 kids. The parent did not take the time to apologise to her on how rude and loud their kids were. Plus out order came back wrong.
For White Castle not having car hop service on a regular basis they pulled it off well. Menus were great and service was also great.
