White Castle Clifton

White Castle is a nostalgic institution for me, filled with memories from my childhood. Although I don't visit often (only 2 times a year), each visit brings back cherished moments. This year, when I heard they were reintroducing dine-in service, I immediately booked a reservation for Valentine's Day. It's not our usual tradition to go out on this day, but we decided to make an exception. When we arrived at the White Castle in Clifton, NJ, we were warmly welcomed by two delightful young ladies in red attire who escorted us to our table, complete with a candle and flowers. Upon arrival at the restaurant, we were supposed to have a designated spot with our name, but that did not happen. We had to call to inform them of our presence. The food was decent and the service was satisfactory. However, our order was incorrect and we had to call them to rectify it. The menu was typical for a normal day and the activities listed were charming. The Spotify music station provided music to listen to, but unfortunately, no one had the app downloaded. This should have been mentioned in the event description for better preparation. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations. Perhaps it would be better if done indoors. We will not be participating in this event again...

don't waste our money, hot grill is just about 3 blocks away button better away and for the $20 I spent and waited for over 20 minutes. I made a mistake because I carved. not the same if I ever carve again I will go directly to hot grillmy dog milo would not even eat any of the food! it is regrettable that I should have gone with the other place, but I have not parked: eating was cumbersome and long wait for the price they can get much better off parking

We arrived on time, but unfortunately there were no available tables at this small restaurant. With only four tables in total - one for solo diners, two for couples, and one for groups of four - all tables were already occupied. It seems this restaurant may not be equipped to handle reservations on busy occasions like Valentine's Day.

Valentines day at White Castle is adorable! They have decorations, tablecloths, waitress service, flowers, even a menu! The table next to us brought a bottle of wine! They have clam strips and shrimp too. You need to have a reservation to get the table, and it does book up fast, but it is worth it.

I am not a fan of white concluded so that this evaluation cannot count, because in the not a big castle eater, but badly held on the inner very dirty many homeless around and very bad smell in and out of eating taste just as bad as it looks customer service is ok

the food was made fresh on order. it doesn't matter to wait ten minutes for quick food when I order it and cook it. it is not sitting under heat lamps. the hamburger slider were on the money.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but that must be the most dirty almost food spot I've ever stopped and I felt so sick after eating there. should have trusted

I really love this place because you can go and eat different items because they are really small, they are really fast and the employees are really nice.

The app. gave me a free combo meal?. And I couldn't resist to get two more additional jalapeno cheeseburgers. Service was fast and professional!
