White Castle Villa Park

The Valentine's Day in White Castle is mine and my little tradition of my fiancée in the last six years and we love it every year. Typically, the staff will prevent walking just grab a table as it is intended for people who made reservations. This year there were many walks that have disturbed the normally nice little event. Finally, I never remember seeing the restaurant so dirty. The staff felt stressed and overwhelmed; but the tables were not wiped between the guests and when they were wiped, they were wiped with a dry paper cloth. The floor was clearly covered with soda stains and foods that were just brushed by the tables. The staff also did a good job, but perhaps they were underoccupied, regardless of the fact that a restaurant should not be so dirty, regardless of the fact that it is a fast restaurant.

beside the white lock with great tasting eating, this location has wonderful people and always so inviting. it is a tradition of us to have the white lock to Valentine's Day, and they never disappointed. this year was different, but it was so well thought out and great tasty at the end. the price is right and eating again is great!

The wait was very long. Food tasted good as normal. It was very busy, however, and it was the holiday hoopla...so I will give it a pass.
