Moments later, I received a voicemail saying she didn’t see me in the pickup area, even though I was the only car there! The message said she would wait a few minutes before restocking my items. So, I checked in again on my phone, but this time it gave me an error and nobody came out. I had to go inside to customer service, where my kids were waiting in the car with their grandmother.

This review is all about the pizza. Just the pizza. I'm really confused by my experience. My sisters and I went to try the viral Brown Butter Cookie Latte. When I approached the cashier, I simply asked if they still had it. The worker, whose name I think was something like Cheyenne, was unexpectedly rude. She responded in a soft, irritated tone, asking if I wanted anything else. We were shocked because just moments before, she had been laughing and cheerful with another customer. Her straight face and monotone voice threw us off completely. The restaurant has a spacious layout with plenty of parking available. However, the surrounding area can get quite busy with traffic. The prices are quite reasonable, and the cashiers are always friendly and very helpful. I particularly enjoy the hot food options and salad bar for lunch. I often come here for both groceries and lunch, as it allows me to accomplish two tasks at once. Additionally, it's a convenient spot for making Amazon returns.

Haven't been to whole foods in years but this was my first experience back there...... They had four fried chicken thighs in the refrigerator and I saw 11.99. So I picked up the box of four chicken wings. I go to buy them and he gives me the total and I'm like what? I look on the bottom and it was 11.99 a pound. So the four chicken thighs came to over $20. $5 per thigh? Are you kidding me? Yeah. I told him no thank you. Unbelievable.
I wanted to thank the bakery department for making a quarter-sheet mango-yuzu cake even though that type of sheet cake was not on the cake menu. Everyone at the party loved the cake. We normally order cakes from high-end French bakeries and two family members thought that this cake tasted better than those cakes The mango-yuzu cake is a seasonal cake unlike berry chantilly (which is available all of the time).
I purchased a carrot cake, and I was very disappointed. There was way too much icing—the cake felt more like icing than anything else! I always believed that Whole Foods considered their customers' health in their offerings, so this was surprising. Unfortunately, I won't be buying this cake again. However, I do enjoy the other foods at Whole Foods and really like the supermarket overall.
We enjoy visiting Whole Foods in Wheaton and make it a point to go there weekly for our groceries. However, I attempted to visit their coffee shop three times last week; one time it was closed, and on the other two occasions, the employee was consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. While they serve good coffee, her rudeness has made me hesitant to return.

The coffee bar is always making up hours. They constantly cannot do their job. I don't know who is in charge of the coffee bar but they need to work on doing their jobs. Most horrible service ever. I would not recommend going to their coffee bar because the workers are incompetent and unable to do the job that they are being paid for.
