We had heard a lot of good things about Wielands Barbecue, and since the weather today was perfect, we decided to drive around the beltway and find Wielands. GPS made it easy to locate their bright red food wagon, surrounded by plenty of parking and a nice shelter with picnic tables. We had called in advance to check about pork ribs, and in fact arrived just in time to get two racks. In addition we bought 2 dozen wings and a pound of brisket. The staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing foodthey make it fresh and you can see how fresh they make it from off the grill straight to your plateand this is one of the few places out of hundreds that have moist and tender pulled porkthey dont shred the pork and leave it intact making it remain as fresh as it can5/5 place wish u guys would keep doing ribs i had ribs for your special today and its amazing!keep up the good work guyswould recommend!
Best brisket I?ve ever eaten. It?s so juicy and delicious. I don?t even use or need any sauce even though, both sauces are great as well. Prices are good. I?m only sad they?re closed 3 days of the week. I need more of them in my life. I fully support them opening a restaurant and still keeping the same menu. ???????
Really enjoyed my visit here! This is a food truck hidden in a parking lot. The brisket was very yummy! I also enjoyed the baked beans. The macaroni is only okay. They provide plenty of sauce upon request! Overall 5 stars for the flavor! The two guys that helped me with my order were very nice!

We came to this place for lunch. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. we highly recommend this place.
Restaurant is currently closed but they have a truck in the back that serves food still. Some great BBQ, loved the brisket and the sides were good and not too pricey. Nice decor outside, excited to see the restaurant when it reopens fully!
Just had this food truck for the first time. Maybe the best bbq I've ever had. The guy working the truck was extremely nice and accommodating. The forepit and benches were also picturesque. 10/10 highly recommend
Moist brisket. Delicious turkey. Homemade BBQ sauce. I?m hooked. Love the new spot too. They have sandwiches and meat by the pound. Look for the green light and be ready to eat

Wieland's BBQ is my favorite BBQ spot in the area. I love the crispy, smoky bark on the meat. The baked beans with brisket are hearty and flavorful.
Food is excellent! There portions are vary small!!! Need to bye 3. To make one sandwich.
