Let me start by saying I don 't usually leave reviews but I have to say my experience here was awful! Customer service is not their thing. I pre-ordered my food so when I got off work I could just stop by and p/u my food. Monday 4/22 5:15) When I got to the pick up window the young lady her name tag said Kelly) just looked at me with no expression and pointed to the order window so I took two steps to my right and proceeded to tell the other woman that I had an order to pick up, yep had to go back to the other window to explain again, only to be told they didn 't have any orders. I was a little disappointed that I was able to receive my senior discount. The gentleman said that the combos are already discounted, so senior discounts could not be applied. Just had the new pulled pork all beef hot dog. The all beef hot dog is always good, but that pulled pork was tough and dry. Barely even chewable…gross. I also had the orange Fanta float. Note that was top tier?

The cashier was rude and unkind and insisted that my husband gave her the penny he was short of at the window. Unnecessary behavior.

Sometimes, they close early. The close time on Google says 12am, but they close early. The food is what it is, der wienerschnitzel.
