Food is good, but customer service is horrible.I ordered from uber eats (ordered 3 items) and the restaurant forgot to pack one of the items. I called the restaurant to check and the guy who answered, said, oh yeah, its right here. Wait I am gonna patch u through to the manager After being on hold for 2 mins, he got back on the phone, said, in a very rude tone if I may add, ya its right here in front of me, I am gonna give you a refund for it I asked if they can send me the food, he said they don't do that, and that the only way to get the food is order again. Not once in that conversation did he say sorry for the mistake or anything. Very upsetting and disappointing behavior.I get that mist...
This place has so much potential to be amazing but unfortunately it falls far away from it. Especially this location; the food always taste like it was prepared the day before, especially the meats; always dry or cold! The steam table is probably never even turned on because the food is always cold. Too bad because the place is clean but looks like it?s running with no proper management. Don?t be fooled by the look like in the pictures they have outside their door.
It was terrible The waitresses did not watch what they were doing they didn't clean the table two people got complained about them not doing like spitting in it and also mixing something that shouldn't have been mixed I was very disappointed this was Friday night I asked for the manager and they said she wasn't there and the waitresses were obnoxious the girls in the back worked well they were doing their job I don't know if I'll go back
I ate in this place today with my friend, we both ordered falafel plate, it was dry on outside and had no taste. Like eating a cardboard, we should off returned back to them..Food has nopresentation, overpriced, its like a fast food place...even worseI will never go there again..even I work in the area..the girl shows me the meat product, nothing looked right...go elsewhere in that shopping center, anything is better then this...really

This restaurant has the potential to be fantastic, but unfortunately, it falls short. The food, especially the meats, always tastes like it was prepared the day before and is often dry or cold. It seems like the steam table is never even turned on, as the food is consistently served cold. Despite the clean appearance, it appears to be lacking proper management. Don't let the enticing pictures outside fool you.
I recently tasted the spinach feta pide at this restaurant and it was a must-try. Since they didn't have any halal options, my friends opted for the veggie pide instead, which they also found to be excellent. Will I be returning? Absolutely.
$20 salad bowl, definitely not worth it. Falafel taste sooo bad, took them out of the fridge and heated them up. Chickpeas and rice were so hard. Nvr again.
