When we arrived, the restaurant was fairly quiet, so there was plenty of parking available. They were serving tacos in the front, and they looked delicious, but we decided not to try them. The beer selection was quite extensive, which was a bit overwhelming. The names of the beers were fantastic, and I was disappointed to find that they didn’t offer flights. I ordered the "Punched Up," while my friends chose three different beers, but I truly believe mine was the best. I even took home a beautiful tropical fish brew and can’t wait to taste it. This has become my favorite brewery that I've visited on this trip.
The beer was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, I had an off-putting experience with one of the bartenders. I usually tip in cash at the end of my visit, but when I chose not to leave a tip for a drink, the bartender condescendingly informed me, "Just for your information, it's customary to tip bartenders." This interaction felt quite unprofessional and left me uncomfortable. Regardless of whether I'm right or wrong about tipping in cash at the end, that's not a respectful way to treat customers.
We visited this brewery five years ago when they were still offering flights, and I wasn't too impressed then, so I thought we’d give it another try. Unfortunately, I still feel the same way. The Emergency beer is decent, but nothing noteworthy. Two other beers had noticeable DMS, and one even had a fishy taste. It would have been more tolerable if I hadn't been required to order an eight-ounce pour. Overall, this isn't my favorite brewery in Decatur.
This is our favorite Atlanta brewery! A fantastic set of year-round beers, plus an amazing variety of seasonal offerings and lots of beverage options beyond beer as well. With a spacious patio, lots of live music and the recent addition of food from Ginsberg's Refresher, it's a great place to hang out!

I had a fantastic time at Last Thursday, an evening filled with music and spoken word hosted by Kodac Harrison. This event has turned into a beloved local tradition, taking place on the last Thursday of each month from 6 to 9 PM. Plus, Wild Heaven Brewery serves excellent beer!
Whoop! TANGO DOWN! Barb (my wife) wrangled the dogs while we were there. Butch, the retriever, had his first beer! The bartender recommended the lager, and he drank it up in no time! Thanks, we'll be back soon!
Amazing place with live music several times a week. Nick is a great person to talk to. Very welcoming environment. Love the back patios and fire pits on these cool nights. Don't miss it
The atmosphere is fantastic, the live music is enjoyable, and the beer is good. However, $8 per beer seems a bit steep for a brewery these days.

Good beer, good food. A band called Blackfoot Daisy played and they were awesome! We had a great time.
