Upon entering, we were captivated by the restaurant's stunning decor, which beautifully combines rustic elements with sophisticated iron and wood accents. We settled at the bar with an ale while waiting for our table, enjoying the charming table settings around us. As for the food, it was sensational! The venison was one of the best dishes I've ever had, and I can't praise it enough. I also tried a partial ridge dish for the first time because I'm a fan of Alan Partridge. While it was tasty, it didn’t quite have the comedic flair of Alan. Nevertheless, I’m still thinking about it! P.S. I’d definitely recommend this place to a friend.

I had a fantastic experience with the venison and steak. Both dishes were well cooked and beautifully presented. This excellent restaurant is set in a stunning landscape.
