A lot of money for disappointing food. A group of 7 friends booked and visited on Bank holiday Monday evening. The waitress was very nice but sadly everything else was a bit of a let down. The drinks took a very long time to arrive and were very simple (beer, water, coke etc) the food was much faster to arrive but that's where the good news ended with regards to that. The calamari was like rubber bands, the sea bass was both soggy and over cooked simultaneously. The pasta was watery as was the calzone. The risotto had no real flavour aside from the garlic butter drizzle. The margarita pizza was decent but nothing spectacular and the amount of topping to crust was a little on the disappointin...
I visited on my birthday 26th of June we were a late booking and when we arrived we were informed they were very short staffed with 2 new starters on and that service might not be up to standard. We told them not to worry we were in no hurry. There were to big parties of people inside and because of the building it echos a lot so I asked to sit outside where it was quieter. It was lovely to sit over looking the lake as the sun was setting. We came here for the second in two years for my sister in laws birthday meal (although we didn't tell the team that it was her birthday . There were 8 of us in total 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Managed to get seated quite quickly, but waiting to get in was a bit of a faff as the service staff were busy serving so it did seem a bit chaotic. First I'd like to say how good our server Ella-Mae was , she took our order and we waited and we waited. Starters arrived and finished, had to ask where our drinks were and told that the bar staff were sorting bar stock.! Actually saw another family walk out as they were fed up with waiting, it appeared that the manageress and bar person were cleaning the bar area so all drink orders came second. Quality of the food was good when it arrived, but the first table in the restaurant looked like it had the remains of a McDonald's meal on it together with a cash bag and receipts great first impressions.would not recommend this restaurant..

Would be a nice setting if you don’t sit on the terrace against the windows. My son thought a bird had sh on his head until we looked up and saw that it was one of the many, many big spiders. Mentioned it to the maitre D who was totally disinterested and ignored my comments. They can’t say that they don’t know that this is a problem, because the white plastic chairs are stained by spider sh . In relation to food, I chose Linguine Vongole based on the bill board outside the restaurant, it looked nothing like that photo and was greasy. The place was busy, maybe I just chose wrongly.
I got food poisoning at a restaurant in Wildwoods. The staff was unhelpful and the customer service that followed was just as bad as the food. I received multiple emails from various individuals, being passed around hoping I would just disappear. There was no apology or compensation offered. The response was sloppy and unprofessional. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment!
Not a good experience at all. Ordered drinks and food, after 25 mins asked a staff member, the order was not in the system at all, the waitress came with wrong drinks after 10 mins and thrown them on the table. Is not an attitude someone would like at all. Understandable when is busy, but was not the case with 6 tables in.
My mother ordered the vegetarian Caesar salad with goat cheese, while I opted for the grilled eggplant dish, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was friendly and efficient, with our food being served promptly despite the restaurant's busyness during the holiday season.

Slow is an understatement, service was less to be desired. No sense of urgency or organisation and it was in no way busy… Not attentive in the slightest and food was ok but nothing to shout about
The service was slow and we were not asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. The food was very bland and we were not offered dessert. We will not be returning anytime soon.
