the hotel offers various offers. they should pay attention to the offers. we stayed at our sport club 2 nights with 2x breakfast and 2x dinners (3 course pampering menu, nudel and tomatensosse) then we had a 2-hour drive through the speewald and had to pay for it 169€. for 3 nights incl. breakfast, dinner and cruise they pay 167€. also despise! the hotel is very badly prepared for larger groups and the staff is beautiful, but completely overwhelmed. the rooms are clean, but not worth 3 stars. we will not return there and do not recommend.
Today we wanted to eat on 26.08.21 at lunchtime. the gastronomy was completely empty and a worker who appeared behind the tresen told us that there was no lunch today, as an event was in the evening. he still said it was a decision of the kitchen! the restaurant was open and outside was nowhere a note that no lunch table takes place. we ask ourselves, is the size, inability or pure arrogance of personal. or were the corona horns too big, so you don't have to work properly anymore. never again.

ansich a very cozy modern hotel, beautifully designed with large terrace. the food tastes here and is beautifully dressed by the kitchen. Unfortunately, the staff is not very friendly and they have to wait very long. service could be much better, so only 3 stars.
again for dinner at the Wilmersdorfer Hof and again absolutely satisfied. we were back for dinner and enjoyed the delicious food very much. the cook understands his craft. the price/performance ratio is absolutely fine.
