only opened again, after a much needed expansion and refurbishment of a popular and lively caffe. the new large front windows lead the length of the building and offer a magnificent view over the marina and make the interior light and airy. some seats in the open. ramp access to the caffe. toilets in the building next door. large toilets (ladies) and much space in general.

This tea room is excellent, situated in a stunning location overlooking the marina. It offers both indoor and outdoor seating, along with a great selection on the menu. The hot chocolate specials are amazing, and the cakes are absolutely irresistible. Plus, there's free parking available at the marina!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The new building is impressive as well. Overall, it's a great place!
