Since moving to Runcorn 4 years ago, we struggled to find a Chinese takeaway that had decent food, good prices and friendly staff. Win house definitely has all three of those in spades, their ribs are especially to die for and portion sizes are immense! Always greeted with a friendly smile by all members of staff, food is always fresh, piping hot and of brilliant quality. We usually collect our order but have had it delivered a few times, even the delivery drivers are great, and when told it could take a while for delivery they always turn up earlier than expected. We would never go elsewhere for our takeaways, we have recommended to lots of family and friends who have also started ordering...
STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! The food hygiene rating is a 1, the food is disgusting. The staff are extremely rude with terrible manners. I asked for a refund for the cold and revolting food that I ordered online, but was refused due to their policy of no refunds. The staff accused me of asking for a refund because I was young and broke, and tried to keep a percentage of my money for themselves. The owner was also unhelpful, yelling and arguing instead of finding a resolution. The kitchen area is filthy and unhygienic. Avoid this place if you value your health.

I asked for a refund due to the poor quality, cold and disgusting food, but was told it was nonrefundable. The staff even accused me of only wanting a refund because I was young and broke. They only offered me a partial refund and were unwilling to listen to my complaints. The kitchen where they prepare the food looks like a landfill. Avoid this place unless you want to get sick.
Chicken cooked but looked greasy and slimy even cat won't eat it.i feel really un easy about eating the rest of this and I've just spent almost £30 Lady was polite but the till area is full of suitcases and god knows what else I should of ran a mile really

The food was delicious and the delivery was fast, but I was disappointed to discover a one-star hygiene rating after placing my order. It's really off-putting and I won't be ordering from this place again until they improve!
Worse Singapore fried rice I've had in my life, Chips and curry disgraceful Never never again Want my money back Going to call in for refund
Chichen was nice and hot but I would not call it crispy chicken and the honey sauce was very gloopy looking with no taste
Been our go to Chinese for the last 10 years. Never had any issue (we allways pickup) and the food has been great!
