DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Food hygiene rating of 1. Food is absolutely vile. Staff are so so rude. Extremely bad manners. Asked for a refund due to the food being so poor, stone cold and revolting. This was an online order. States on the bottom of the paper menu unrefundable so clearly they know how poor it is. Staff also said I only wanted a refund because I was young and had no money? Also said she wanted to keep a percentage of my money to help her? And would only give me a slight refund because of the inconvenience it caused her. I read the reviews which where very mixed so decided to give it a go, bizzarly the chips do appear to be oven chips and unevenly cooked some very mushy and some under cooked, the chicken was over cooked and very dry and the salt and pepper ribs where BBQ ribs mixed with salt and pepper seasoning, all of it had a slightly burnt tinge as if the wok had been burnt and not cleaned. On the whole the food was edible but left me with no desire to return any time soon. The service was great very friendly and food served pretty fast even though they where busy. Get the food right guys and your onto a winner, I'll be back in a month to check as I always give a second try in case I called on a bad day.
Don’t waste your money. £32 for the following rubbish… Chicken Fried Rice basically a large portion of Egg Fried Rice, no chicken. Chicken Black Bean Loads of Veg and about 3 pieces of chicken. Salt and Pepper Chicken Pieces The worst portion I’ve ever seen, tiny pieces overloaded with onion. Stale Prawn Crackers. Honestly, I’m not one to complain, but we want to say this is appalling compared to other local Chineses (we only ordered from here so we could do it online) and they asked us to cb in 15 mins, too busy. Please don’t waste your money on this place, you’ll be as angry as we are and you can see that via all the other reviews, I just wish I’d have checked them before hand!
This was the first time I have ordered from this perticular Chinese as my usual was closed. How a restraunt can get it so badly wrong is beyond me. Prawn crackers wafer thin and oily Vegatble spring rolls, thin and dry Egg fried rice, so stodgy and salty Quarter crispy duck, (off the bone) fatty, loads of skin and cremated, you can't run a restaurant like this and last. £20 straight in the bin! I highly recommend anyone considering using this takeaway, dont! You will be disappointed. You can get a far more superior Chinese from your local supermarket. Come on Win Kitchen you REALLY need to sort your food out!!! Wont be using again...

First time trying this place and would not recommend, I had ordered two noodle boxes which arrived different to what I had ordered. When I phoned back to complain I was told that they were what I had ordered, also delivery time I was told 45 minutes then when I called back nearly an hour later I was told it would be 1 hour 20 minutes. Not to mention being charged for delivery when it was suppose to have been free with spending over a certain amount, didn’t even eat the food in the end and couldn’t even get a refund because the boxes had been opened.
This is the worst take away ever, delivery service is awful waiting way over the delivery time they say. Food is so salty you are drinking for the rest of the night to quench your thirst. When you call to ask where order is you are either fobbed off with it’s on its way. I will strongly recommend you look else where for a Chinese, I certainly won’t be going back.
Orderd over 31 pound of food to have it turn up cold and tastless phoned to complain and was met with well we dont usually have complaints really!!!!????? Never again total waste of money kids didnt eat the food and the driver turned up with a portion of salt and pepper chips doesnt even meet quarter of the bill fumin!
Just had chilly chicken crispy noodle box, salt and pepper chips, spring rolls and prawn toast Not been here for years so was really impressed. Will try again soon and if it drops the standard then I will be reviewing again.

First time we have ordered from this takeaway. Lady who took the order was polite and efficient. Food delivered within half an hour. It was hot, tasty and delicious
