The Parrys, The Farrows and The Garrys all gathered around; xmas had been eventful and busy... as well as pissie at times thanks to Jazzy. We were all exhausted after heavy partying and the Win Kitch was recommended to fill our holes. We ordered a...banquet to feed the five thousand... it was delicious! A word of warns- if you order a hot box.. be prepared for your tonsils to be firing off like a shooting star. The salt n pepper chips were divine. I sat all the guests in the living room after and offered to tidy away, knowing full well i'd have access to the left overs... well i went at it like the Tasmanian devil. I read the reviews which where very mixed so decided to give it a go, bizzarly the chips do appear to be oven chips and unevenly cooked some very mushy and some under cooked, the chicken was over cooked and very dry and the salt...and pepper ribs where BBQ ribs mixed with salt and pepper seasoning, all of it had a slightly burnt tinge as if the wok had been burnt and not cleaned. On the whole the food was edible but left me with no desire to return any time soon. The service was great very friendly and food served pretty fast even though they where busy. Get the food right guys and your onto a winner, I'll be back in a month to check as I always give a second try in case I called on a bad da...
This was the first time I have ordered from this perticular Chinese as my usual was closed. How a restraunt can get it so badly wrong is beyond me. Prawn crackers wafer thin and oily Vegatble spring rolls, thin and dry Egg fried rice, so...stodgy and salty Quarter crispy duck, (off the bone) fatty, loads of skin and cremated, you can't run a restaurant like this and last. straight in the bin! I highly recommend anyone considering using this takeaway, dont! You will be disappointed. You can get a far more superior Chinese from your local supermarket. Come on Win Kitchen you REALLY need to sort your food out!!! Wont be using again...
I tried this restaurant for the first time and would not recommend it. I ordered two noodle boxes, but they arrived with different contents than what I had ordered. When I called to complain, I was told that the boxes were correct. The delivery time was supposed to be 30 minutes, but when I called back almost an hour later, I was told it would take hours. Additionally, the delivery was supposed to be free with orders over a certain amount, but I ended up not even receiving the food and couldn't get a refund because the boxes had been opened.

I ordered a meal from this restaurant and it arrived cold and tasteless. When I called to complain, they were not very helpful and seemed indifferent. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food. It was a total waste of money. Even the children refused to eat it. The portion was small and the chips were barely seasoned. I was extremely frustrated and will not be ordering from here again.
Looked at a different review site that highly recommended this take away. The service was very friendly and food tasted okay but was a bit bland. The choices were English, Thai or Chinese, I had a dish I have never tried before but wasn't sure...if it was Thai or Chinese. Medium rice bowl was a large portion which my husband enjoyed but couldn't finish.
I had not been to this restaurant in years, so I was very impressed with their cold chicken crispy noodle box, salt and pepper chips, spring rolls, and garlic toast. I will definitely be back soon and if the quality remains consistent, I will become a regular customer again.
We ordered for the first time tonight and I'm afraid it will be our last time.. took over an hour and twenty minutes to arrive some food was warm other was cold . The ribs were revolting! Like I said first and last time we'll...use.

First time we have ordered from this takeaway. Lady who took the order was polite and efficient. Food delivered within half an hour. It was hot, tasty and delicious
