I called in my order today and went to the restaurant to pick it up, but the cashier had just stepped out. There was only one staff member there, and unfortunately, she didn't know how to work the register. My order was prepared and sitting right in front of me, but I couldn't pay for it because she truly didn’t know how to operate the machine. Instead, she was busy sweeping and waiting for the cashier who had left without any warning. The food is excellent, but the service definitely needs some improvement.

I was incredibly pleased with my visit to this Waba! I was far from home and wasn’t sure what to expect, but the employee there really brightened my day! Victor was exceptionally friendly, providing great customer service with a smile. The restaurant itself was very clean and well-organized. I highly recommend this location. Victor made me feel right at home and certainly knows his Waba recommendations!
Conveniently located and easy to navigate, this restaurant offers a variety of delicious and healthy meals. Some of my favorites include the dumplings and a new dish that is definitely worth the price: the sweet strip ribs, which have an authentic taste. I really love this place! Thank you for contributing to the growth of the U.S. economy. They also serve the best chicken bowl locally!

My review is not about the food, as I was hired and then fired just two days later over a pair of sunglasses without any warning. It's absolutely ridiculous! The management is slow and unfriendly, as evidenced by how they handle situations. It’s audacious of them to put up hiring signs alongside their poorly displayed logos. What a shame!
The portions have been noticeably smaller lately. I'm not sure if it's specific to the staff currently working or if this is a new trend for the restaurant.
The food is consistently delicious and served promptly. Additionally, the amazing women who work there play a significant role in why I always return.
This restaurant is a fantastic place to unwind and savor your lunch. The customer service is outstanding, making it an excellent choice for dining in.
