I am not one to complain about things. But as soonest I walked in the person that was mopping the floor seen me walk in and she gave me a look as soonest I step in because she was mopping. First of no signs where on the floor, now if she didn 't like a customer walk in because she was mopping she could of lock the doors. I asked her what the tortas have in it and with attitude she answered, i said you know what nevermind let me just have a hot sandwich extreme melt, I asked if she can please include extra veggies and again with attitude she said how would I do that if that is open sandwich I said is okay you can charge me extra veggies every time I come they always make it the way I just ask...
Be careful of the Mean older woman, She made me uncomfortable about ordering anything because seemed bothered taking my order even though I just asked for a BLTCC, I didn?t slide my card right the 1st time and she got Realllyyyy upset over it, then she grabbed my card and did it herself saying that she doesn?t know what I?m doing and implying that I am stupid????. Even after I told her I?m sorry she just kept going on just being mean at this point. Oh and she gave me the wrong sandwich still?????likeeee howww u repeated it back to me??????? I think everyone else might be nicer tho??
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. There was an older lady who had an attitude for no reason. I ordered a bagel sandwich combo, and when it came to the drink, she just took a cup and filled it with Coke without asking me what I wanted. Being too shy to speak up, my friend intervened and mentioned that I wanted a different drink. At that point, the lady rolled her eyes and finally got the drink I actually wanted.
The wait time at this location is significantly longer than at other locations I've visited. Many of the staff members here don't speak English, and the service could use some improvement. They also require you to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination to dine in, but at locations in Cerritos and further out, this requirement isn't enforced. This was my last visit to this location!
I saw that some people had negative experiences with customer service, but my own experience was always excellent! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast sandwiches mainly consist of croissant sandwiches, which are warm and fresh. My favorite drink is the fresh orange juice.
I noticed some people had unpleasant customer service experience, but for me service always has been superb! Employees are super kind and caring. Breakfast sandwiches are mostly great especially croissant sandwiches. Foods are prepared warm and fresh. Fresh orange juice is my favorite beverage.
