Ryan, Ryan, she's doing this place. It's the ONLY I'm going to. What a star employee... she has this quality to make the day of a person brighter, of only interacting with her. Yeah, and the donuts are also good and fresh. Last Saturday at 9:00 AM, I was warmly welcomed with a friendly hello and a bright smile, as usual. There was a bit of a queue, but that only shows how popular they are, just like me! The donuts are always fresh, and the service is consistently friendly. Do yourself and the staff a favor—stop by, say hi, and treat yourself and your family to some delicious donuts and a great experience!

Every time I come there to pick up a delivery there is an issue! Every single time! Today you employees let me stand there for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. When I cancelled the order it had been 32 minutes since OUR customer placed it. That is unacceptable! I guess it's because I am white though because the Mexican girl that came in after me was helped immediately!

Great 24/7 donut shop! I sometimes go here as it is near my gym and most people ALWAYS get Winchell’s for Bdays in our gym and as always, the donuts are DELICIOUS!!! The staff is also friendly and the place is also clean (I was in a few times). All in all, great donut shop. Will still eat donuts from here and get back! Reserva una mesa ahora

The donuts are tasty, but waiting 15 minutes for a dozen donuts at 5:15 isn't acceptable. This isn't just a one-time issue; every time I visit, the wait is excessively long. It’s disappointing, especially since Bummer caught fire on Colfax.

The experience here has always been excellent, featuring fresh donuts and outstanding customer service! Although we live in the Southwest, we make the trip specifically for their donuts. An added bonus is their accommodating hours!

usually they go there for convenience. but not all are 24 hours. I like the donuts, sometimes meet or miss if they want something special. the service can not be instant when they are in the back. mostly not bad.

I love a good boutique donut (Blue Star, Dough, etc), but this Winchell’s never disappoints. Phenomenal! Always fresh, always ready, always delicious. Don’t fight it. Just get donuts here.

Finally stopped in to try this place. It is great. I don't eat many donuts but these were exceptional. They were all fresh and tasted great, especially the apple fritter!
