Service here is unprofessional. Bought a drink and gave the bartender $20 and walked away so she could keep the change as a tip. Never got a receipt but I didn’t mind. When my friend arrived we ordered two more drinks from a different waitress but when I went to cash out those drinks with the bartender she raised her voice at me and began pretending like I didn’t pay for the first. Obviously this lady pocketed the $20 and didn’t ring me up at all. When I asked why the receipt said 2 shots of Cuervo (I ordered ONE whiskey sour) she made it seem like she did me some favor by lowering the price when it was obvious she never rang me up at all (I was actually cashing out two drinks I had ordered...
I went with my best friend's mom on her birthday. The waitress COURTNEY SNATCHED MOM'S PHONE OUT OF HER HANDS. THIS IS HOW IT WENT DOWN! COURTNEY was eating crabs and looked disturbed when we asked for napkins and silverware for our food. She threw the crab bucket on the bar! Then she said that the kitchen doesn't clean well and they don't give it out. Mind you I just ate there earlier in the week and had silverware with no problem. Mom's long Island was made with ginger ale instead of COKE...WTH! COURTNEY gets an attitude when you ask her to fix a drink. We asked her what's the problem and why would she talk about her place of employment in such a negative way, she took our picture and call...
I have been a faithful patron of the Windsor Inn for thirty years and over the years the staff has become subpar. Evidence of this is the display from bartender Courtney on Thursday around 2:15 pm. She was very unprofessional with a customer and to the extreme, called the police. This is obviously not this entitled bartender’s first disrespectful encounter with the customers as I have witnessed her become belligerent on another occasion and she had the nerve to call the police once again. She should be fired as well as the management that allows her to continue this intolerable behavior. I will not be coming back and will spread the word to beware of bully Courtney if they wish to patronize...
I love the Windsor inn for the most part, but there has been three different occasions where I’ve had to witness an encounter with a bartender by the name of Courtney. I think she’s very distasteful. She eats over the counter and looks very frustrated when you ask her for help, interrupting her lunch break. Most recently I took a few colleagues in there because we love the food but when we arrived, we could hear her yelling and cursing at some lady that obviously comes there often. Based on the things she was saying to her. I took my party and left and I will never return to this place on Thursday ever again. Totally unprofessional Service representative

Food is great, bar is dark but get anyone else other than Courtney to serve you . She apparently thinks she can eat meals while being on the clock in view of customers that she is serving and is mean as a viper if you expect her to help/serve above the level she decides that day. If service could be zero stars… it would be.
The service sucks. 2hrs later I still didn't get my wings fried hard. Chicken and cheese only chicken cheese. The Waitress quit. I was over this place. Never again ? ?
We had the crab cake sandwich and it did not disappoint!!! Fries were extra however the meal came with chips. TV’s all over and great seating no matter where you sit.
I've never paid 18 dollars a single shot anywhere. The service was terrible and the staff was not very friendly.
