So ordered about a month ago from Windsor Pizza Parlor on Windsor and was extremely impressed as was a new try and it was a delivery and couldn’t complain. So tonight decided to try their closer location to us and ordered a large 2x cheese, sausage, and onion pizza and loaded fries and we picked it up. This is when it got disappointing as the pizza was not cooked thoroughly and was started to get cut in pies then cut in squares but the real kicker NOT COOKED! Then the loaded fries we got from the main location was full, loaded, and COOKED! The food is great, the pizza is always yummy, but my 15min wait turned into a 30min wait, I don't mind waiting I just wish they had been honest and I could've gone out in my car and watched a show or something instead of sitting in the crowded bar for a full half hour. I'm autistic, which they obviously didn't know, but I'm just saying I wish they knew how long kitchen orders were going to realistically take, because I can only handle that type of environment for so long. ? Again the food is great just give them an extra 10 or 15mins past what the front of house expects. It went from 15 to a big 30 this time but its always at least 5mins over when they say it'll be ready.

This was my first time ordering from Windsor Pizza Parlor. Prices were fair and delivery time was average for a thick crust pizza. However, when the pizza got delivered, the toppings were wrong. I immediately called and the lady that answered the phone was apologetic and they immediately started another pizza for me to deliver out. They even offered a free appetizer which I didn't accept since they were resolving the issue without an argument. Pizza was delicious as well. Worst excuse of a pizza place. Did an online order through THEIR website and when calling and asking what they can do about this they told me what do you want me to do? Then preceded to tell me that neither location could confirm that I even put in the order. It looks like a piece is missing whether it fell out or was eaten who knows but the lady argued with me and said yeah that would not happen. Was my favorite place to eat but never again. There is a lack of customer service and serving this to customers is very unprofessional. 10/10 do not recommend!!
Absolutely terrible management The cooks are a dime a dozen they serve anything Overcooked oh well eat it And Jeff, the owner or want to be owner, has no management skills whatsoever does not know how to deal with the public if they were the last restaurant on earth, I would boycott them still
The food tased good but it took over 2 hours to have my order delivered. I get it that they were busy but when it arrived I was missing an order of cream cheese poppers. I called to let them know and they said they'd have it delivered. 2 hours later it still wasn't delivered.
Fantastic food! BBQ boneless chicken wings with ranch was so good, crispy and moist tossed in a super tasty BBQ sauce. And the jumbo hotdogs were so good they must use quality beef franks. French fries crispy and well seasoned. Can't wait to stop by again!Food: 5/5 Reserva una mesa ahora
