This is honestly the first time I come here and honestly the last! ? worst service one can get we only saw our waitress to take our order and bring it to us, but not once did she come back to us, and that’s not mentioning the food, the food was bland for one, the chicken was tough and hard to chew through, along with being dry and naked, like no lettuce, tomato or anything aside from the sad excuse of sauce that came with the burger itself chicken burger) , and I honestly never give a review and worst off a bad one but here we are, I’m literally going out of my way to write a review but for it to come to this that’s just sad, I’m sorry but this is the worst place to come to if you’re looking...
Don't come here.None of the servers attended to us. Our food took 40 minutes and there were only 4 other small parties at the time of our arrival. The wings were slightly overcooked as well. Our server didn't get our order right at all. Usually I give people the benefit of the doubt but it is NOT busy at the moment and we were very much neglected. I used to love this place because it was consistent every time. Now I'm never coming back.
I received my food in a torn bag that ended up splitting and dropping my meal. The salad we ordered also fell out and spilled everywhere. The salad, being the most expensive item, was completely ruined and couldn't even be salvaged due to the poor packaging. Additionally, the wings I ordered were not as spicy as I had requested. Not a great experience overall, especially since it was supposed to be a special weekend to honor veterans.
Everything was taken care of at this restaurant. A friend of ours spoke to their acquaintance who requested a round of beers and some dishes. They paid with a $20 bill and when the waiter tried to add more items to the order and request more money, it turned out that she wasn't even our server. This seems to be a common occurrence at this place where they either try to upsell or delay giving change in order to keep more money.

The hostess's service was disastrous, really, very slow and with a horrible face, it seems that they are doing you a favor by serving you and that the service was to go, I like it but the to go service is horrible, horrible treatment and it took more than 25 minutes a simple order of 10 Wins buffalo and a small caesar salad
This restaurant is a great place to hang out with friends. The drinks are a bit pricey, but worth it. Even though I'm not into sports, it's definitely a bonus if you are because they play games. The food is amazing, especially when you're a little tipsy. And let me tell you, their nachos are a must-try!
I got home and noticed I was overcharged. Right away they sat, however 5 minutes went by and I had to asked to have a waitress come by to take the drinks and meals order. Waitress Meadow L. Rowland (2May 7:34 p.m. check:129) should be retrained or dismissed.
Terrible food (wings) dry and no taste. Also, and the place is so cold that it feels like walking into freezer. Do not recommend this place. There are better places with better food.

the environment was familiar and the food was good. you can enjoy a nice time with the family
