The staff at Wingstop was extremely unprofessional. The cashier accidentally charged us for bone-in wings instead of the boneless ones we ordered. Luckily, we caught the mistake in time to alert the kitchen, but the cashier seemed unsure how to handle a refund. Rather than giving us cash, he suggested refunding us through a cash app. When I declined, he reluctantly gave us cash but didn’t include the tax in the refund. I had to guide him through the entire process on my own, and he never asked his coworkers for help. I’m not sure if he was simply incompetent or if there was something more concerning going on, but either way, he shouldn’t be working as a cashier.
The wings were cold, and we were made to wait 30 minutes for no reason! When we approached an employee at the front desk, they informed us that we still needed to wait a little longer for our food. After 30 minutes, we discovered that our food had been sitting at the pickup counter the whole time, getting cold while we waited! The employee dismissed our concerns and didn’t even offer an apology. To make matters worse, they forgot the boneless wings we had paid for. The service was slow, the staff appeared lazy, and the overall environment was dirty and uninviting. It was a terrible experience!
We ordered two wing combos for $22, but when we got home, we found only two fries and three wings in each box, totaling just six wings. We had to go back to the restaurant to get the half of our order that was missing, and the staff was rude. We didn’t receive any apologies and had to wait a long time for the remake. When we finally got it, the wings barely had any sauce on them—they didn’t even look red—and they tasted more like butter than buffalo hot, which is what I had requested.
I was willing to wait, but the absence of hygiene practices like wearing gloves or handwashing was hard to ignore. Halfway through my meal, I found a hair in my food, which completely ruined my appetite. The service wasn’t exactly unfriendly, but it didn’t leave a positive impression either.

If I could rate this place a 0, I definitely would. It's disappointing that I originally ordered a 3-piece tender, which I never received. Instead, they gave me a 6-piece boneless wing, but what I got were some frozen wings. Thank you for the salmonella risk; I appreciate it.
Overall, it was a positive experience. The food arrived exactly on time, and the order was complete. I strongly suggest opting for the "well done" fries—they really stood out! The butter parmesan was by far our favorite flavor.
The restaurant took longer than I anticipated to serve my order, which I placed shortly after they opened at 11:15. When my food finally arrived, it was accurate, but I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes for it.
The manager was outstanding, the staff was incredibly efficient, and the food was both delicious and flawlessly prepared. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! It’s the best wing place I’ve ever visited.

I placed a pickup order through DoorDash. Even though it showed that my order was ready, it wasn’t, and I had to wait a little. However, the food was really tasty!
Despite having only two employees on duty, they managed to take my order quickly and efficiently.
