This Wing stop is fabulous. We ordered to go but our apt was being sprayed for bugs. So I asked if we could just eat in. The cashier was so kind she said yes of course. She’s stated “I understand I live in apartments too.” We sat down and she brought out our online order in a bag with plates, cutlery and cups in her hand. I thought how kind was it that she brought our order straight to our table including table ware and the cups. I asked her for extra napkins. Instead of showing me where the napkin dispenser was she went and grabbed some napkins for us. My husband said this was the best service we have ever had in a long time at any restaurant. I had occasion to speak to Brian, one of the owners by phone. My family had a really bad experience back in December. After speaking to Brian and not only receiving a refund right after the purchase, he and his GM from Edinburg, Phylicia, wanted to make it right. A replacement order. I can honestly say, that my opinion mattered and that their apologies are sincere. I recommend, based upon the fact that the order was correct, the apology is sincere and the food was very good, despite our having to drive nearly 1-hour home. Great Job! We recommend!
I went in on Thursday and received great customer service from the cashier Belinda. She was super sweet and even recommended the Hawaiian and Korean sauces for our wings and I do not regret getting them. She even offered us to do a survey to get free rolls which I had never even heard of. Who doesn’t want free rolls?? Will definitely be coming back just for her. Service was 100%
This restaurant is incredible! I've never witnessed such teamwork among the staff. I have to give full credit to the manager, Iveth, who clearly maintains high standards for the establishment. Whenever there's a spill or an issue, either she or a team member quickly jumps in to address it, preventing any further mishaps. Excellent job! Keep it up!

My order was ready and waited almost 30 minutes to give us our order. Guy in the front was too busy flirting with a girl to do his job. Giving her compliments and being a creep. Just give us our food dude.The order was just sitting there and getting cold. This place is awful honestly. I hardly ever complain but this place is terrible.
the cash register uses a bad way to treat the customers, on withdrawal control wise, eating was cold and the frits overcooked, the quality of the product was lousy, the reservoir to transport the food was broken, a lousy place to eat and abuse the workers to customers
Idk about other people but I had great service! The few times I’ve been here the wings were fire, service was great, workers were great. Belinda the one who helped me was cute af so that’s a bonus haha also would be more of a bonus if there were more variety on beer!
Why does this location only have 1 soda machine?!?! The amount of foot traffic this location gets on a Saturday night is crazy and for them to only have 1 is beyond frustrating

This is my go-to spot after a long day. A cold beer is the perfect way to relax while I wait for my order. My favorites are the Louisiana Rub and Lemon Pepper wings, bone-in.
A big shout-out to Eli! He provided us with exceptional customer service—he was kind and very attentive. We truly appreciate his hard work! The food was delicious, too!
