Wingstop - Reserva de mesa

I ordered wings from this location and we sat in and waited...The guy said 20mins...Cool..45mins later I had to ask if my order was ready because they forgot...smh...60.00 and almost an hour later after watching 7 to 8 other orders come up and be finished. I finally got my chicken with a "OH U DIDNT GET YOUR ORDER YET. ..DUHHH..Terrible service and followup with a paying customer I 've ever seen...Orders weren 't processed in any specific order...Door dash/Uber eats seems to be priority, Paying customers in the restaurant seem to be secondary.Why? I 'm spending my money just like everyone else...My time is valuable...

This wingstop is awful. I came in to pick up a doordash order and they told me it would be ready in 4 minutes. After half an hour later, the food still wasn't ready, so I had to unassign the order and move on. I lost out on any orders that could've come in in that half an hour, and the staff were unprofessional. One of the workers was on her phone while she was filling drinks and another had her bare hand touching the ice that was going into the ice machine when she was refilling it. This place needs to get its act together. Great job guys!

I had previously reviewed this Wingstop a while back and had serious issues. Because it was so bad before it had been some time since I have returned. I ate there yesterday and today. I am impressed with the turnaround. Clearly new and much better management. The wings were amazing and I highly recommend the new honey hot. The service and staff were amazing and was ready on time. I am thrilled to have good wings and good service again. Thank you for the improvement.

I have never eaten at this restaurant before, but I recently applied for a job there. The manager scheduled an interview with me, but unfortunately, she failed to attend the scheduled interview. When I called the next day to reschedule, no one answered the phone. If this is the kind of management the restaurant has, I am not interested in working there. Very disappointed. Had a online special for national wing day. But ordering at this location online wasn't available and they wouldn't honor the special unless you ordered that way. Not only do I have to wait having to order at the restaurant but I can't get the free wings special. Strongly debating going to any wingstop after this experience. Hate being scammed.

I went to pick up my order and was informed that it would be ready in approximately 4 minutes. However, after waiting for over 25 minutes, my order still wasn't ready. While waiting, I observed a staff member refilling the ice machine using a container and touching the ice with their ungloved hand.

Ordered deliver and *sheesh* literally hit the spot for my wings craving. Got the lemon herb remix and the Louisiana rub. Gonna try the other flavors, but, if you like dry rub then I absolutely recommend them. Thank ya to the delivery driver ? saved my butt.

I just placed an order, but my wings were too hard and my fries were overly salty. I was hoping for fries that were lightly salted.
