We participated in a special dinner event and found the checkout process to be very professional. We ordered a meal for two that came with garlic parmesan mild sauce, fries, and two drinks. We sat inside the restaurant and waited about 10-15 minutes for our food to be prepared. The beverage machines offered a great selection, with at least 10 drink options including sodas, iced teas, caffeine-free, and diet choices. I thought the price was excellent for what we received. If I could give this place no stars I would. The young lady taking our order was so rude. I was deciding on a sauce flavor and she threw her head back and rolled her eyes. Absolutely disgusting behavior. Then walks away multiple times while I place my order. The place was unclean. We ordered 2 combos. There was one other order in front of us in store. It took 35+ minutes to get our order out. Once it finally got out the fries were so hard it was inedible. My boyfriend could barely finish his meal because his boneless wings were so hard. Cannot believe what I paid for this place to be this crappy!

I had a disappointing experience at Wingstop. The wait time was simply unacceptable, and to add to my frustration, the restaurant was dirty and in dire need of maintenance. It’s not a comfortable environment to wait for your food, especially when you begin to question the cleanliness of the kitchen based on the state of the dining area. Moreover, the wings are overpriced and not even that great. Overall, it was an extremely unsatisfactory experience and a complete waste of money. I won’t be returning.

I’ve decided to give an extra star because the manager, who genuinely seems to care about his customers, called to apologize. He offered us a complimentary order, prepared correctly. It’s a bit soon for us to have wings again, but once we take him up on his offer, I will update my rating if it's deserved. We had requested light sauce, but the wings came drenched. Honestly, a straightforward request like that, especially when it’s an option on the menu, should be honored without any issues.

Really wished I could give this place more stars. The food is always delicious, but greasy. BUT if they could actually make an improvement, be more consistent with the timing of your orders. I always place my pickup orders in advance because I know it will take 20 minutes but it's interesting to see if far exceeds the time of the pickup. When you show up, there's no sense of urgency. Looks like I'll have to find a more reliable location nearby.

Dirtiest wing stop I've ever been to. Smelled like a dirty gas station bathroom throughout the whole restaurant. Took forever to get our food while there was only one other customer there and 3 employees sitting at a table talking. Food was fine, no big issues there.

So what sauce there was was in the bottom of the bag and not on my food so for the bag out of the upholstery in my car it should be wing wait 18 minutes stop what a complete horrible service this place needs new staffed completely

When it comes to the boneless wings it taste like the frozen ones you get from the grocery store, I can definitely see how their making money by selling low quality food for a premium price

Waited about an hour and received tiny burnt pieces. I was surprised because they weren't busy and it was early in the afternoon. Low quality food and long wait times.
