I placed an order through the mobile app and arrived at the store 20 minutes later. After paying, I was told they were still working on it. After waiting another 20 minutes, I asked if my order was almost ready and was told they were finishing it up. I waited an additional 20 minutes and asked again since it had been a full hour since I placed the order. It turned out the food was already done but had been sitting on the shelf with many other bags. Not only was the food cold, but I also missed the chance to bring lunch to my girlfriend, who works night shifts. The service was terrible from the moment I arrived until I left with cold food.
This was my first and last visit to any Wingstop. It was truly awful and almost made me feel sick! The 70¢ wing deal only applies to the boneless wings, which were soggy and tasted like chicken covered in sugar. They were absolutely soaked in sauce. As a diabetic, my blood sugar spiked after just a few pieces, despite taking enough insulin to account for the carbs stated in their nutritional information. I ended up exceeding 400! It completely ruined my Monday evening, and I will never come back.
More often than not, the wings are well-seasoned and rarely dry. I especially enjoy the dry rubs, particularly the Louisiana Rub and Hot Honey Rub, though the Garlic Parmesan can be hit or miss. I also agree that the fries are especially tasty. The main reason I give this place 5 stars is that my kids enjoy eating here. They may not be food critics, but they definitely know what they like—and they like it.
I really enjoy Wingstop; they serve some of the best wings I've ever had. However, I deducted one star because I ordered a combo that came with a drink, but the only choices offered were Diet and Zero. They didn’t inform me about this beforehand, nor did they provide a refund or any alternative options.

I tried the new chicken sandwich and thought it was delicious. The customer service was outstanding, but I was disappointed to find that they had run out of all soda options. It's surprising for a restaurant to be completely out of soft drinks—this definitely points to a lack of proper management.
The chicken tenders were served with plenty of sauce, and I really enjoyed the boneless garlic chicken wings. However, it would have been more convenient to have utensils on hand. While I'm fine eating with my fingers, it ended up being a bit chaotic.
The cashier is exceptionally kind, friendly, and patient. It's wonderful to see that there's such a cheerful team working in the kitchen at night! Keep up the fantastic work, everyone!
