I ordered my food online to speed up the process. When I arrived at the restaurant, I picked up my order and headed home. Unfortunately, I soon discovered that half of my order was either missing or incorrect. When I called to resolve the issue, I was informed that there was no manager available to speak with me, and they only offered to 'attempt' to rectify my order. How can you 'attempt' to fix an order? Long story short, I paid for a full order of thigh bites but received only three. I also ordered a bundle that should have included ten pieces of corn but only got five. This will be my last visit. It’s clear that the staff doesn't care.

I am absolutely appalled! Who serves raw chicken? You have one job: to ensure the food is properly cooked. I called the restaurant, and they offered to remake my meal—really, what good does that do? I'm completely disgusted and have no desire to eat there again. There were no apologies or genuine concern from management; the kid at the counter seemed more worried than they did. This is just unacceptable. Schiller Park, you need to do better. I just hope I don't get sick, or you can bet that I will be contacting my attorney and sharing my experience on social media.

After my first complaint, they gave me a $10 gift card, so I decided to give them another chance, but unfortunately, the same issues occurred. I complained again, and I'm thankful the manager reached out to me and agreed to issue a refund. I wanted to leave this review to raise awareness in case others experience similar issues. If we bring these problems to the management's attention, perhaps we'll see improvements in service in the future. That said, the management was kind and accommodating throughout the process.

I had the worst experience at the Schiller Park location of Wingstop. I'm usually a big fan of their food, but my delivery experiences here have been incredibly frustrating. Every single time I've ordered—I've placed four orders—there have been missing items. Each time I reach out to them, they just suggest I come pick up the missing items myself. This restaurant can be quite inconsistent. On this visit, my food was prepared perfectly. However, during my visit the previous week, the Korean BBQ had a burnt taste, and the sauce was BLACK, which made me realize something was off. I ended up throwing it all away, unfortunately. It seems like there are days when the chef really delivers, but then there are times when I can hardly believe it's Wingstop. Consistency is definitely important.

If I could give 0 stars I would! They have gone way downhill from a couple months back. I placed an order through Uber eats and waited over 45 minutes for them to finish preparing my food. I ordered my wings WELL DONE and they were the squishiest wingsI?ve ever ate I had to peel the skin off because it was making me nauseous. To top it off my wings were not only cold and soggybut I got soggy and cold fries and a chicken sandwich.

Worst experience ever I'm a fan of wingstop but the Schiller park locations has been the worst experience ever when it comes to delivery there is always missing items from my order I have ordered 4 times and every time I order delivery there's alwaysmissing items and all they say is come pick it up I am done with this locatin it's sad because I bet the owners are not aware ofthis ongoing issue.

This location can be a hit or miss. This time my food was prepared perfect. But I came a week prior and the Koren BBQ had a burnt taste and the sauce was BLACK. So I knew something was wrong. The food is quite good, but the service needs improvement. I placed an order and waited inside for 30 minutes. When I inquired about my order, I found out that it had already been ready, but nobody had informed me! The service was disappointing.
