"Slow pickup, but otherwise everything was okay. It?s a franchise so you?re not getting anything different than other WingStops. Garlic parm dry rub was mid. Other liquid sauces were good. Only doing 4/5 because of long wait but they were nice."

Worst customer service experience thus far since moving to Michigan. I literally stood outside after I've already placed and paid for my order for about a good 20 minutes while an employee looks at me the entire time. Then I call because their doors arelocked another employee answers claiming to be the manager and instructs me to come inside and get my food. The doors are stilllocked so a different employee I'm guessing the manager finally gets out of the car after he's done smoking his joint to assistme and then proceeds to give me attitude before giving me my food. If I were the owner I'd fire that entire staff becausethey're going to ruin your business. Just my opinion.

I started my experience by ordering bone-in chicken wings, and I made it clear to the person taking my order that I wanted bone-in. When I got home, I found that they had sent boneless wings instead. I called the restaurant to let them know, and they simply acknowledged the mistake but offered no solution. The most noteworthy aspect of my experience is that the boneless wings were excessively salty—essentially just chicken and salt. It was truly unappetizing. I will not be returning to this place again.

Doesn't deserve a 1 star the employee are rude i was picking a up a doordash order i was little early when i walk in the employee told me i was early ok i understand but he went inside and set down and started smoking his Breez vpae right by thefood. when i came down to right a review this place already had 1.3 start review like what?? Is this place still existing isunbelievable and people are ordered food which is not hygienic the employee needs to get fired and the place should get closedown.

They claim to be experts, but this was the worst experience I've ever had. The food was incredibly dry and tasted like it hadn't been cooked in fresh oil. I felt nauseous all day afterward. The restaurant itself was dirty and unkempt. To make matters worse, they forgot to include fries with my order, so I had to go back for them. I should have checked the reviews beforehand; I only chose this place because Chipotle was closed and it was nearby. I will absolutely never go back again.

They forgot half of our order. We didn?t realize till we got home. The wings we did receive were not labeled so we did not know what was what. The wings we did get were 2 different flavors put into the same box and the sauces got mixed together. The fries were very soggy and not good. I called them up and they said oh ok we made a mistake that was it. The most important point of meleaving this review is the BONELESS wings were so salty.. they were made of chicken and salt basically.. disgusting.. I willnever go back there again..

They call themselves experts but they are the WORST I have had in my life. Too dry, tastes like oil was never changed. I felt sick the whole day. The place was nasty, unclean. I do not understand how over the course of multiple years, a restaurant can be soo constantly terrible without going out of business. I have NEVER ordered from this wing stop and been satisfied, the wings are always either over cooked, under seasonedor both and the fries are always WET, cold and taste old and microwaved.
