I ordered the Cajun combo, and despite being told it would take about 15 minutes, it ended up taking 30 minutes. I wasted my entire hour-long break just waiting. When my food finally arrived, it was cold. I politely asked a staff member to remake it, but instead of understanding, I felt dismissed. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
Ordered the Louisiana rub which turn out to be under seasoned...tasted as tho they just fried the wings and forgot the Louisiana rub...disappointing visit...online app showed Boscell store temporarily closed tho it wasn't so couldn't order ahead of time...
I'm writing this while I'm still feeling very unwell. This restaurant caused me terrible food poisoning, and I've been vomiting all night. The chicken may have been undercooked or contaminated. Please exercise caution if you visit.
