Wingstop - Reservar una mesa

We place an online order at 7:15 and didn't receive our food until 9:00. We arrived around 7:40 or so, and we understand that they were busy but after waiting an additional 45 minutes we asked what was the hold up the response from the cashier was we said the wait time was 45 minutes. Miss Ma'am we been here for a hour. No sorry for the wait, or anything. We have to do better

Placed online order was told 23-28 minutes and I there to pick up my food within 25 minutes and had to wait another hour plus and this is not the first, second, or third time and nearly every time I go to that one it's always a problem.
