I been staying in Everman fort Worth in the pass 9 years . I give it 5 star because I never had a bad experience in this location ever since . I love my wings and fries so much . The Only bad experience I had it was 1 time and it was only the time I mean I don't mind the time really : . And I always buy aside of sauce for my wings extra flavor. but I mean there accidents always in fastfood location. Nobody is perfect especially what you paid for.
The food is good, but the fries and wings definitely need more seasoning. The man I spoke with on the phone today was not very friendly. I explained what I wanted, but he launched into a lengthy explanation about the situation, even though I was already aware of it. He just didn’t seem to listen to my needs.
Horrible service they had me waiting on the phone for 40m and when I went up to the restaurant they just said they were short handed and asked me to wait 40 more minutes for an order they could of just said they weren’t taking orders tru the phone instead of having me wait there like stupid !!!
Tony was quite rude during my visit. This Wingstop location has a questionable vibe, and they don't accept $50 or $100 bills, nor do they take Apple Pay. I'm planning to contact the district to report this issue. Reserva una mesa ahora
Worst Wingstop in DFW! Wait time is always ridiculous and fries are always burnt.. not to mention they never put the ranch, which is the most frustrating part!!
I asked for “well done” fries and received raw fries. This location has terrible service, no supervision or leadership. Definitely should be closed down!
