I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. When I walked in, the staff was loudly arguing with customers in the lobby about the long wait times. I waited for over 30 minutes without any assistance. All the staff seemed to be in the kitchen, and there was no one at the register to help customers. When patrons started asking for service, the manager and a male cook yelled at everyone in the lobby.
As for the restaurant itself, it was full of safety hazards. The wheelchair ramp was unstable and couldn’t support anyone properly. The baseboards were coming off, and there were pieces scattered on the floor, so while waiting in the long lines, you’re standing among...
The food is good and fries have an unusual seasoning. But that person today at the front counter should not be on anyone 's front counter. She should be emptying the trash or something. I called in a 6 piece combo with lemon pepper and lemon herb mix. She took my order and priced it at $13 and some change. When I got there after asking my name, the food wasn 't ready, and while paying, I noticed a sheet on the was to her left that had a 5 piece for $8.99. I asked, "How come you didn 't tell me about this? She said it 's over. I didn 't ask her this. Then she said at 3:00. I checked my phone and I called at 2:25. I said I called at 2:25. She then started babbling about most call-in customers...
Disgusting in there, the owner of this location should make a visit the employees obviously weren't in sync with eachother from their attitudes towards eachother and the fact that they couldn't identify my order because one of them put the wrong sticker on the bag. Bench had liquid on it and the counter for fountain drinks was absolutely disgusting with dirty lids all over the place etc. the lil guy with the twist in his head acted like he had an attitude when I asked him where were the fresh lids. First and last time coming in there
Had my food just sit as she hand food to everyone else. I waited 15 minutes before coming and still waited another 20 minutes this is totally unacceptable the person handled the front completely ignored me the whole time and when confronted she said I spoke to someone cooking food. So was I supposed to wait for him to finish cooking to get my food. The person work the counter at 9:30 on July 24th totally ignored me as if I wasn’t there. Training is needed but you lost me at this location.

The food has turned to be absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure if there is new management but I order from this wing stop all the time. The last few times the chicken has been dry, old tasting. Veggies dry and weird aftertaste. They used to be freshly washed and crunchy. I’ve given many chances but This is my last time I will not keep wasting my money on poor quality
I highly advise against eating here. I found a roach in my wings. Seriously, how does one manage to cook a roach into plain (meaning no batter) lemon pepper wings? I have a video of it, but unfortunately, I can't post it.
The fries had a weird taste/seasoning (kind of sweet) and the tenders were EXTREMELY salty to the point I couldn’t even finish one. What a waste of money.
Please don’t eat here! My Girl I got serious Food poisoning! Went to the hospital!!! If you value your life don’t go here please!
